AUCKLAND DESIGN WEEK TICKET SALE TERMS 2026

Tickets for Auckland Design Week 2026 will be on sale from 5th November 2025.

Ticket prices are as stated on this website and include Goods and Services Tax.

Every transaction will incur a $7.99 booking fee, except for where tickets are free.

All online bookings are digital via our payment provider BNZ Merchant. You can either print your tickets or download them to your mobile. Door sales will be available, but we recommend purchasing in advance to avoid disappointment on missing out.

Tickets are transferable on written request. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for refunds, including if an event is cancelled due to a severe weather event. If an event is cancelled, we will make all efforts to reschedule it to a later date, and your ticket will remain valid.

We are pleased for you to take photos and videos at ADW to share on your social channels. However, you may not record videos at any festival speaker presentations under any circumstances.

Accessibility information for each ADW venue will be provided in event information sent when you purchase event tickets or up to 24 hours prior to the event.
